Brain Exercise
Bulk Up Your Brain!
Rating:

When I was asked to review Namco’s latest title Brain Exercise with Dr. Kawashima, I must admit, I was a bit leery. Any game with brain in the title, I tend to stay away from. Maybe it’s just the Neanderthal in me. (No offense to my Neanderthal brethren out there.) I must say the experience wasn’t as painful as I feared.
Brain Exercise challenges your mental abilities with a number of different tests–I mean games. You can create a profile to keep track of your progress. This game mode also lets you use the calender to see your progression over time. There’s 15 unlockable mini-games. Brain Exercise gives you a challenge mode, to go head-to-head with other brainiacs. You can use the connect feature to upload your high scores, and view your worldwide ranking. There’s a quick play mode if your in a hurry, or just want to practice. Collect awards as you go, and enjoy the Bonus Sudoku game with 3 levels. All in all, Namco has packed enough workout material for your brain, so you can go from Walnut-Brain to Einstein-Brain in no time.
